AN ALPHA IS CONSTANTLY TESTED. EVEN ON DAY ONE.

Drive and determination is not enough to qualify for Alpha Training. First you must demonstrate proper form and technique during the Alpha Try-Outs. Prove your mettle and we’ll get you started in Alpha Training, if you still need some work Alpha Fundamentals will do the trick.

Alpha Fundamentals

This six-week program is designed to improve your strength, coordination and cardiovascular endurance. During these workouts you will learn how to properly perform the basic strength training and olympic lifting movements and will get a personalized high-intensity interval workout to get you ready for vigors of Alpha Training.

Alpha Training

Offers outcome-based, ever evolving workouts that are time-efficient and maximize hormonal responses that improve body composition and athletic performance. The workouts emphasize the eight fitness abilities: strength, power, endurance, speed, agility, coordination, balance and flexibility in groups of up to six people.
